President and CEO of the South African Medical Research Council (SAMRC) Prof Glenda Gray has announced the launch of a Bursary Programme to fund a limited number of Clinician Scientists who wish to attend the upcoming Inaugural South African Clinician Scientist Conference.
The conference is in line with the SAMRC’s commitment to develop a cadre of clinician-scientists in South Africa that would help respond to the country’s burden diseases.
Applications are now open – Potential delegates from the Historically Disadvantaged Institutions (HDIs) are encouraged to apply.
